1. 14-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging, accessories, and any applicable seals intact.

2. Product-Specific Return Conditions

Ritual Candles: Candles must be unused, unburned, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Beauty and Skincare: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or unsealed cosmetics and skincare products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Unopened products with intact safety seals may qualify.

Drinkware, Bento Boxes, and Home Accessories: Items must be unused, clean, and returned with all original components and accessories.

These restrictions do not affect any rights or remedies available under applicable law for defective, damaged, or incorrectly described products.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at aigcommercellc@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if available.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or other resolution as required by applicable law.

Where a return is necessary because of our error or a qualifying product defect, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

4. How to Request a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.

Please do not send items to an address without receiving return instructions.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
